- How much will it cost?
- Because projects can vary so much there is no per-square-foot cost rule for decks or carpentry, as there is for commercial and residential construction. However, the cost of your project will be clearly estimated in writing before work starts.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
- We accept cash, personal checks, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
- When can you start?
- We will meet with you and design a schedule that works best for you. We respect your time as if it were our own. We will adhere to a timeline that we have established before work begins and always do our best to complete all projects on time.
- Can you do specialty work, such as creating a space for my grill on my deck?
- In addition to being able to create a deck or a sunroom, we can also build custom spaces. Our specialty touches include:
- Grill bump outs - a special place on your deck just for your grill
- Hot tubs
- Arbors
- Sunroom conversions - go from an existing deck to an entire new room
- Anything else you need to make your space special
- Can you work from blueprints?
- Yes. We can take your plans and make them a reality. Also, if you are not quite sure what you want, we can conduct a walk-through with you and create a custom plan to accommodate your desires. Please contact us and we will schedule a free walk-through at your convenience.
- Is the work you do on my house tax deductible?
- Some of the time, yes. Decks, sunrooms and other specialty carpentry projects that raise the value of your home can be deducted from your taxes as home improvements. Consult with a tax advisor for more information.
